If you’re an administrator, please contact us by phone at 877.265.1605 or by email at

Sometimes this is a random error with the system that we can quickly fix. Before calling us, please make sure that:

  • You do not have caps lock on. The username and password are case sensitive
  • You are typing in the full email address – ex: me@lifebiblestudy.com
  • You are using the correct email address
  • You do not have the auto-fill feature activated on your web browser to remember your login information. Try manually typing it in.

Please contact tech support if you have checked these things and still cannot login

The Bible Study Manager will “log out’ a user after 20 minutes of inactivity. Composing an email does not register as activity until you hit the “Send Email” button. We recommend you compose emails in a program like Word or Notepad and then “paste” the text into the email body area and hit ‘Send’.

You have to set a start date for the volume to tell the system how to plan your lessons. If you are an administrator you can log in, go to Manage Calendar, select the volume and enter the date. If you are a teacher, you need to contact the administrator for your account and ask them to set the start date.

There are typically 2 reasons that explain why you have not heard from us.

  1. Your account is in line to be set up.
  2. We sent your instructions but they got stuck in your spam folder.
